  • May 15, 2023 Best vacation ever! We loved staying at the Beach Villas! It is a little slice of paradise! This was the first time we traveled with our 8 month old and we loved the convenience of the beach, the amazing pools and even the beautiful Koi fish. It was so easy to walk back to the condo for nap time, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai while the little one was asleep. We made so many memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! Thank you again for such a wonderful trip! We loved every minute. Lindsey R

The resort was very nice and in spite of visiting over spring break, it did not have the same crowded, loud vibe that the adjacent resorts had...we were very relieved to have chosen this spot. The lagoon beach was phenomenal for safe swimming and snorkeling, and the 2 pools were very nice. I would definitely visit again. Jeanne B

Check in was a breeze, accommodations were fantastic and the lagoon was a the kids favorite hang out spot from sunrise to sunset. You can't go wrong with a stay at the Beach Villas. It is a great basecamp to visit all parts of Oahu. Mahalo to all the beautiful Hawaiian people who made our trip so special. Reyes R
  • Apr 27, 2022 Lovely unit We enjoyed our stay.The unit was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. Loved the artwork & large lanai. We had groceries delivered before we arrived & the Ola staff put them in our unit/ refrigerator. There are 3 large nearby hotels & we appreciated ours being quieter & having a less crowded lagoon & pool. The only thing we did not care for was the road noise. Other than that it was a perfect unit. Gay C

The balcony had the perfect view of both the ocean and the mountains. The property was well maintained with koi ponds, hot tubs, pools and easy access to several lagoons/beaches. My only complaint would be that on the balcony, we would smell cigarette smoke, and would call the front desk with no resolution. In addition, I was disappointed I could not get a late check out at 11:00 AM, since our plane was leaving 1 hour later. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to stay. John C

Loved that everything was included: beach chairs, towels, beach toys and all kinds of floates and much more , which was such a big plus with kids. This was our 2nd time staying at the ko olina beach villas, we just love coming here. They have everything to make my time enjoyable, whether I am sitting at the lagoon in the chairs they provide along with the beach bag and cooler for a fun beach day, and I used the special beach buggy they have to cart everything to the beach. Or making a meal while drinking a glass of vino, to playing games and doing puzzles with the family. I loved my time in KoOlina, I plan on visiting again. Gary P
  • Jun 23, 2014 Simply Fabulous! What a fabulous visit to Koolina Beach Villas OT 724. The villa was spectacular. Totally five starts in terms of accommodations and amenities. Home away from home in terms of comfort - kitchen, washer/dryer, bed, pillows etc. Kid friendly condo with beach toys and xbox. Seriously!!! Beach chairs. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Close to everything - restaurants and grocery store as well as a luau. My family would definitely return and recommend to all our friends who want to visit the island. Amy G

Aloha! Welcome to the Beautiful Beach Villas.  
We are located on Lagoon 2 Honu at the Ko Olina Resort and Marina. When traveling to Hawaii you want a great view of the ocean in addition to luxurious accommodations. That is exactly what you get in our villa. You can see the beautiful Pacific Ocean from both bedrooms in addition to the lanai while sipping your favorite beverage.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa easily accommodates up to 6 people. Our villa is fully furnished with comfortable Hawaiian style furniture and fun Hawaiian artwork. You get a piece of Hawaii everywhere you look. We have even included DVDs, cookbooks, CDs, and reading books with Hawaii themes. We want you to feel like you are in your own Hawaii Home. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are luxurious residential oceanfront villas. You can see the 18 Hole Championship Golf Course right across the street from the Lanai, or you can choose to watch for dolphins or the migrating whales (if in the winter). You can also watch the sunrise over the mountains while having your cup of coffee in the morning or simply enjoy the cool Island Trade winds.

We are located along the 1 1/2 mile beachfront walking path that connects all 4 Lagoons and the Marina. This means we are just a short walk to the Ko Olina Marina where you can choose from many different boating excursions including snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Or a quick walk to Aulani a Disney Resort and Spa and the Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club. You can eat at any of the restaurants they offer or enjoy an amazing spa day at the Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa. There is also the KoOlina Crossing a quick walk away with an ice cream shop, Island Vintage Coffee Shop, convenience store with deli and liquor store. Also, several boutique shops and a variety of additional restaurants are in the area. KoOlina offers so many options without all the crowds of Waikiki, you will truly be able to relax and let the Hawaiian Spirit soak into your soul. It will be a vacation to remember for years to come.

A 5-minute drive to Kapolei and you have a Costco, Target, Safeway, Down to Earth (Hawaiian vegetarian and organic grocery store), Sports Authority, Longs Drugs, Cinema Theater, and Water Park, plus so much more.  A few of the Restaurants in this area are Zippy's, McDonald's, Outback Steak House, Chili's, Denny's, and Starbuck's just to name a few. Your relaxation can start practically from the time you land at the Airport.  Ko Olina resort is located just 20 miles from the Honolulu Airport on Highway 1.  Very easy to get to us after your flight. So give us a quick call, inquiries are free and just take a few minutes.

Please note that your unit has 1 complimentary compact-sized parking space, and any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: A scheduled lanai repair will be underway to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the property. There will be limited access to the lanai, between the dates of May 1 to 6, 2024. The work is estimated to take between 4-6 hours and every effort will be made to minimize disruption. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve your experience.
